Children with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other motor challenges struggle to accomplish everyday tasks that most of us take for granted, such as feeding themselves, buttoning a shirt, walking, or sitting in a chair. Through a holistic educational approach to rehabilitation, called conductive education, the children of the Conductive Learning Center (CLC) learn to gain control over their body and accomplish tasks never thought possible. With increased mobility, strength, problem-solving skills, confidence and self-esteem, the child’s, and the entire family’s life, is improved.
Just as athletes prepare and train for the races, the children of CLC prepare for and train for the marathon of life! For the athletes and the students, their hard work, determination, and perseverance pay off as they overcome both physical and mental challenges to meet and exceed their goals.
All money raised will be used for CLC’s “Champion a Child” scholarship fund, providing access to life-changing conductive education to students and families who could not otherwise afford to attend.
The following incentives will be offered to Team CLC members:

All team members will receive:

- Goody bag: snacks, water, gift cards, sponsor swag, socks etc.
