FREE aid station-assisted Fifth Third River Bank Run Training Run (8 & 11 mile distances) followed by refreshments and networking in the Community Room. You will  be running in the streets with traffic – so PLEASE be safe!  Wear Reflective Gear and run on the (L) side of the road against traffic, yield at intersections  – and get over when cars are coming (seems strange to have to say, but sometimes we’re having fun and forget to yield to traffic).
