Check out 25K, 10K and 5K Run training schedules now available, download to your printer or have one mailed to you. Simply contact the Fifth Third River Bank Run office via email or 616.771.1590 to request a 2013 Training Guide and provide your mailing address. The Guide will also detail free training clinics and runs for networking with other participants.

Free Fifth Third River Bank Run training runs and clinics started Saturday, December 1 at the David D. Hunting YMCA (475 Lake Michigan Drive, Grand Rapids). "Getting Started" pre-run training clinic at 7:15a featuring representatives from area running groups and 7-time 25K winner Greg Meyer followed by training runs (one and three miles) led by the 2013 Fifth Third River Bank Run Road Warriors beginning at 8a. Refreshments and networking with Metro Health Sports Medicine following. The first Saturday of the month pre-run training clinics and training runs are free and open to the public.
