Small Groups

Make a commitment to healthy living!  Make a commitment to yourself!  Keep the promise all year long with the new Fifth Third River Bank Run small groups.  Take your training to the next level with cross-training and/or cycling small groups.  Or, get involved with the Fifth Third River Bank Run without running or walking on race day!  Small groups will provide a one-hour training session one time per week, for 45 weeks and a Fifth Third River Bank Run small group technical t-shirt.

 

Cross-training small groups will provide a variety of elements from yoga and Pilates, to agility and strength.  Most sessions will involve the natural use of your own body weight, and will meet in a variety of locations in and around the Grand Rapids area. Cycling small groups will provide both indoor and outdoor training.  This group will meet at area locations and requires the use of bicycle.  It is recommended that you have a trainer for indoor training.  Sessions will include a variety of distances throughout the year; some sessions will include educational clinics to learn how to enhance your cycling performance.
