Race Information

The Fifth Third River Bank Run will take place in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Saturday, May 9, 2009.  Featuring the largest 25K road race in the country, the event is also the USA 25 km Open and Masters Championships.  More than 16,000 people are expected to participate in race day events starting at 7:30 am with the 5K Run, 10K Run at 8:00 am, 25K Handcycle dividion at 8:10 am, 25K Wheelchair Racing division at 8:12 am, 25K at 8:20 am and the 5K Community Walk at 8:45 am.  Times will be recored until 11:45 am.  Participants finishing after 11:45 am cannot be included in the official results posted online after 4:00 pm and provided to The Grand Rapids Press for the Fifth Third River Bank Run Results Section published on Sunday, May 10. 

Don't want to register online?  Download a printable entry form in early January, complete it and mail it, with your check or money order, to the address provided (credit card registration available online only).  Or contact race headquarters at runinfo@53riverbankrun.com or 616.771.1590 and an entry form will be mailed to you after January 7.
