Then attend the free and no obligation "Make It Count" Clinic at Gazelle Sports-Grand Rapids on Thursday, January 26 from 6:30-7:30p. You'll get tips from runners and walkers who have successfully fundraised through road races and walks, as well as enjoy refreshments and register to win opportunities!

If you plan to train for the Fifth Thire River Bank Run 10K, 5K Run or 5K Walk, or you've signed up to add more steps to your day with the 10,000 Steps Challenge, plan to attend a free Training Run/Walk (9 am) beginning and ending at the Fifth Third Banking Center in Wyoming on Saturday, January 28. Take advantage of coach-led and aid station-assisted 1 and 2 mile runs and walks. Then meet back at the Banking Center for refreshments and networking.
